Utility Billing

Utility Billing Department is responsible for billing and collecting of water, sewer, garbage, and storm water utility fees for the City of Blue Mound. Utility Billing assists city utility customers with establishing, transferring, or terminating utility services, trash bin replacements or additions, and by responding to billing questions or concerns. When starting water service, if the water is off, an adult needs to be at the location during the water reconnection to avoid possible damage due to a water leak. Oncor (Electric Distribution Network) may require an inspection of the electrical system of the home prior to starting service. If your Electric Provider (TXU, Reliant, Cirro, etc) advises that there is a required inspection, please complete this form and email it to Permits@BlueMoundTexas.us
